SELF-REFLECTION GURU PADA PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA

Pada umumnya guru memang melakukan refleksi diri namun hanya secara sebatas pemikiran tetapi tidak meluangkan waktu khusus atau panduan bagaimana self-reflection terhadap pembelajaran yang dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memaparkan deskripsi dalam melaksanakan matematika. Penelitian termasuk kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Self-reflection matematika dilakukan melalui jurnal mengajar, rekaman video, serta angket. Pelaksanaan dilaksanakan selama 5 kali pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa teknik triangulasi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen. Data-data telah dikumpulkan dianalisis mengggunakan analisis model Miles Huberman terdiri dari reduction , display conclusion drawing/ verification . Hasil lakukan hal positif negatif diidentifikasi oleh segi angket solusi permasalahan untuk berikutnya. Kesimpulan diperoleh yaitu memberikan cerminan manajemen kelas, kelebihan kekurangan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, pola berpikir siswa, miskonsepsi siswa hingga mengarah kepada metode diskusi kelompok tindak lanjut sebelumnya.
